This season during Milan Fashion Week Men’s, Miuccia Prada revisited her roots, reintroducing her 1984-released line of bags, purses, and backpacks all faceted in nylon that first made Prada a cutting-edge brand. While menswear was the clear focal point at the FW18 show, Miuccia was able to throw in a dose of women’s pre-Fall ready-to-wear for good measure, as models cascaded down the catwalk in punchy colorful prints, bucket hats, and reimagined nylon bags.

To compliment the designer’s nostalgic design approach, the beauty seen on the runway was kept to a minimum. Clean skin, groomed brows, subtly highlighted cheekbones, and nude lips were a refreshing alternative for the usual runway show.
